Think of your Daily Ritual as the building blocks to self-care . It provides you with the firmest of foundations for whatever comes your way,  giving you grounding, clearing the mind of crazy thoughts and setting you up every morning before the world requires you to do and be millions of things.   It doesn't matter if you have 3 minutes, or 31 minutes, the first important step is to carve this time out for yourself in your day and practice the commitment.  How? First Step: Why meditate?

We work with meditations from the Kundalini yoga tradition - known as the ‘yoga of the householder’.  It’s specifically designed for busy-lives  because it enables the same transformation as when the yogis of old would spend decades meditating on a mountain. So these ancient techniques are literally a fast-track to experiencing the same elevation and inner harmony, yet within the rhythms of our everyday.
